Obituary of Harry Nakashian
Harry Nakashian aged 96. Fifty one year resident of Stamford, Ct. Born April 16, 1925 in Detroit, Michigan. Schooled at Cass Technical High School and Columbia University. Trained as a photoengraver and worked as same for 45 years. Self-taught artist, designer, furniture maker, and stained glass craftsman. A professional caliber photographer and writer of plays, film treatments and novellas, collector of books and periodicals in all fields of creative endeavor. A Renaissance man to be sure.
A humble, good natured, gentle, dedicated and endlessly creative man. We carry you with us always.
Survived by beloved wife of 67 years, Vilma, daughter Chris and husband Rick, son Conrad and grandchildren Rick and Kim.
40 Day Requiem Service will take place at 11:30 on Sunday June 13, 2021
