Dear Maeve, Susan and Kieran, My deepest condolences to you all and your families My dad has lost a great long time friend - better sell DD stock now - as they used to meet at Dunkin Donuts on a regular basis. I met with them a few times at DD while I would be up visiting. It was great that your dad and my dad had their reunion lunch just a week ago with the Keating brothers. Your dad was telling stories about the Wilton days and Clare. I was thinking about your dad as I was driving through Clare three weeks ago.
My Aunt Mary is so sad too. Your Mom was her first friend and best friend when she to America and your Dad used to pick her up and they were all long time friends. She was in your parent's wedding party and has fond memories of the 50th anniversary party (with sing - song that followed).
My dad would tell us stories coming home from being in the Army and staying with your mom and dad in Glenbrook. When we were young we looked forward to going to 'May Jack and Susans" and playing flashlight tag. Now May, Jack, my mom and many others will be dancing away and having a good time in heaven. I wish I could be up there to give you all a big hug. I will be thinking and praying for you all.
Sincerely
Kathy Killion

Maeve, Susan and Kieran: sending so much love to you right now. I was going through pictures tonight and found this special one of your dad and my dad. How my dad loved, respected and treasured your pop -- as did my whole family! Uncle Jack's sweet and comforting Claire lilt, his caring and giving way to all of us growing up, and his captivating stories. I so much enjoyed reading his biography and savoring both the joyful and painful chapters. Such a lovely soul!
I trust tonight that our parents are enjoying a cup of tea and a chat in Heaven. The beautiful memories our families made together will be with us and remain in our hearts for the rest of our journeys here. I will always treasure the summers in Glenbrook. Be blessed. Mary XOXO
