Obituary of Theresa M. Molella

Theresa M. Molella 9/9/69 – 7/4/14 Home maker and mother who was Engaged to married died last Friday on July 4th She had terminal cancer. She leaves behind her six year old daughter Leeluh Marie And from a previous marriage two teen age daughters Ashley and Marisa Horton from NY state where she was resident for so many years. She only moved to Connecticut in the last two years of her life where she met the man of her dreams, a composer and musician and man of God whom she loved and were engage to be married. She will be deeply missed by those who knew her and loved her. She will always be the light of our hearts and we love her and miss her dearly. Her fiancé said: "She was special, special indeed to all that knew her and loved her and though I've only known her for a short time, we have loved and shared a lifetime. When I was alone and sad in the darkest part of my life, away and betrayed by my friends and family, destitute without hope, it was then that the Lord brought me this angel who poured love back into my heart and soul and taught how to live again. She showed me that it was alright to love again and chased away my fears away; she gave me back my self esteem and self worth and helped me to become a person again, one of love and compassion. She showed me that love was possible and that we can become more than we are, that's how she taught her children whom she loved more than anything and did everything to protect them; and though there were many against her, she stood firm in her heart and fought for what was right, no matter the odds, for her heart was true; and even though everyone thought of her as troublesome and crude by even her own family and friends, She was a true soul who never stopped loving them no matter the ridicule or the embarrassment, because she cared for them and their welfare. She put herself aside in order that they may receive the love and hope of God in Christ, a true disciple who longed to walk the footsteps of Jesus and carry his cross. A loving soul who endured all for the sake of those she touched. An endless flower of joy who showed that God cared and though she was a stranger to me, she was the only one who truly cared for me, the only one who reached out and helped me when I was alone. She was the miracle of love that God gave me who broke down the walls of oppression and loneliness by giving of herself in Christ. No other has ever come so close to loving me as she did. She was my all…and always will be… In the small time that I knew her she gave me so much more than I could ever imagined or ever hoped for. She touched and changed my life for good. She was special, a loving soul with a mother's heart and though we had our differences she never gave up or gave in. She was my everything, everything that I wanted in a woman, because her heart was devoted to God. A rare jewel that out shined the rest, one of God's own, a precious soul unlike no other who taught me how to love and smile again and to believe in God's goodness. She will always be my beloved wife in Christ and will be very special to us, forever loved and forevermore, we love you!!!" Read Theresa Molella's Obituary and Guestbook on gallagherfuneralhome.com.
