Obituary of Halcott Elijah Peart

Halcott Elijah Peart (known as Baba), age 84, died on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 in Stamford, CT. He was born November 29, 1934 in Craighead, parish of Manchester Jamaica West Indies. He was born to the late Ivan Peart and Margaret Cole both deceased. Halcott migrated to the United States in the early seventies; his trade of choice was a barber. He worked for the late Roosevelt Young (Young’s Barber Shop located on Fairfield Ave and West Main St in Stamford, CT.)  

Halcott is predeceased by his wife, Urceline M. Baker Peart on March 11, 2005. They were happily married for 35 years.  Halcott is survived by his children Lorna, Paul (Shannon), Maxine, Andrew and Stanley (Thalia) Peart. Leroy and Veronica Morris.  In addition to his children, Halcott is survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a brother, nieces, nephews and other extended family.
