Obituary of Rachel Hope Doran

Alan, Lisa and Ellie Doran invite family and friends to share in their love for their daughter and sister, Rachel Hope Doran, on Wednesday, August 22nd at 12 noon at Temple Israel, 14 Coleytown Road

Rachel, a 2015 Staples High School graduate, passed away on August 17th at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital after a 5 week battle with Stevens-Johnson Syndrome.    She was about to begin her senior year at Cornell University as a Fashion Design Major with a Minor in Business.  

Rachel,who is well known for her entrepreneurial skills , academic excellence, skilled costume designs and most importantly her kind heart, will be dearly missed by her family and friends. 

Her beauty, kindness, style and wit were second to none and we will cherish the light she brought to so many people along the way.
