Obituary of James F Beldotti

James Frances Beldotti, Jr. passed away peacefully in his home on August 14, 2018. He was 81. Jim was born in Somerville, MA on September 4th, 1936 to James and Ann Beldotti. He received a chemical engineering degree from the University of New Hampshire which led to a job with Seagram's and a move to Kentucky, Maryland and finally Stamford. He then became a salesman with George J. Meyer Manufacturing Co. and travelled internationally for many years allowing him and his late wife, Loraine, to visit countries all over the world. Jim retired early to partner with his sons in Beldotti Bakery. His family was the most important thing in his life and he took great pride in the accomplishments of his sons, daughters-in-law and grandchildren. As a life-long Red Sox fan, he enjoyed watching and listening to the games and was excited about their prospects this season. Jim is preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine Ferragamo Beldotti. He is survived by his brother, David Beldotti and wife, Susan, of Venice, FL, his three sons, James and wife, Joanne, Michael and wife, Lisa, and Christopher and wife, Amy, his six grandchildren, Michael, Jr., Tina, Lucas, Zackary, Maxwell and Grace, as well as well as many other extended family members and close friends.
