Obituary of Marilyn Niedober

Marilyn Niedober died August 8, 2018 in Stamford, CT. She was 98. Survivor of the Holocaust. She is a beloved wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother. Marilyn moved to Stamford in 1994, after surviving the Warsaw Ghetto and since then she has been a very active part of the Stamford Jewish Community and enjoyed working with all of her many sisterhood friends. 

She is predeceased by her husband Murray and Survived by one son Irwin and a daughter Eileen Fruchter. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren: Sarah, Danny, Elie, Joey, David and Jeremy as well as 3 great grandchildren: Arella, Kayla and Ilana. It was one of her great pleasures of life to pass on to them her love of Jewish traditions. 

A graveside service was held August 8th at Mt Lebanon Cemetery. Shiva will be held at 20 Brighton Place Stamford, CT till Tuesday morning. A minyan will be at 7 a.m. and 7:40 p.m. on Friday( 7 a.m. only), Monday & Tuesday and Sunday 8 a.m. and 7:40 p.m.
