John Francis O'Leary of Stamford, Ct. passed away on June 27, 2018
John was born on September 15, 1934 in Stamford, CT. He was a graduate of Stamford High School, Class of 1952, a veteran of the U.S Air Force who served in the Korean War, member of the Knights of Columbus and The Ancient Order of Hibernians, devoted Boston Red Sox and Cleveland Brown fan, loved golf, very passionate and loved coaching Little League and Babe Ruth baseball, retired as top salesman from CDI, very proud father of three, grandfather of twelve and great grandfather of three.
John was pre deceased by his parents, Ellen "Nellie" McCarthy and John O'Leary and his sister Peggy Kelly
John is survived by his wife of 63 years Bonnie, sister Eileen & Mike Hogan and brother in law Bob Kelly, son Michael & wife Mary Ann and their six children: Jimmy, Maggie, John, Clare, Danny and Courtney & husband Greg Arnone and their three children: Olivia, Michael & McKenna, and daughter Kathy & husband Jamie Gorman and their three children Karly, Melissa and Michelle and daughter Mary & husband John Somers and their three children Megan, Kelly and Johnny

The Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 1p.m.-5 p.m. at Thomas M. Gallagher Funeral Home ( next to the Knights of Columbus) 453 Shippan Ave Stamford, CT (203)-359-9999. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 2, 2018 at The Church of St Cecilia 1184 Newfield Ave Stamford, CT.
