Obituary of Gloria Stockman

Gloria Stockman (nee Paul) passed away on April 21st, 2018, in Redding, CT after a brief illness. She was 85. Mrs. Stockman was born on November 17th, 1932, in Chelsea, Massachusetts to Goldie and Hyman Paul. She graduated from Chelsea High School in 1950. She was an award winning student who also excelled in athletics.

Gloria married Saul Stockman in 1953. The loving couple was devoted to each other for more than 65 years. She also cared passionately about her children and her grandchildren. Mrs. Stockman is survived by her husband, Saul, her daughter Helene and son-in-law Bruce Baer, her son Alan and daughter-in-law Karen, two grandsons Jacob and Eli, and daughter Leslie Suzanne. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Monday (TODAY), April 23, 2018 at Temple Sinai 458 Lakeside Dr, Stamford, CT.  The interment will follow at Sharon Gardens Cemetery in Valhalla, New York with an arrival at 1 PM.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Gloria’s name to the American Cancer Society.
