Obituary of Evangelista Martinez Robles

Evangelista Martinez Robles, 87, died on January 4, 2018. She was born May 6, 1930 in Lares, Puerto Rico. She is the daughter of Eleuterio Martinez and Herminia Rodriguez. She was a housewife, a homemaker and a great cook, and raised six boys. She attended the Pentecostal Mission John 3-16 at 648 Pacific Street, Stamford for over 40 years, and lived in Stamford for most of her life.
She is survived by three sons, three siblings, six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. The Wake will be held on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at the Thomas M. Gallagher Funeral (next to the Knights of Columbus), 453 Shippan Avenue, (203) 359-9999, between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. Service will follow at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home and led by Pastor Jesus Garcia Jr. from the Pentecostal Mission John 3-16.
