Raisa Kaplan passed away April 16, 2014 at The Stamford Hospital. She was 92. Raisa was a Chief Engineer and is survived by her 2 daughters; Elena & Olga. A funeral Service will be held Friday, April 18, 2014 at 12:45 Pm at Shippan's Thomas M Gallagher Funeral Home 453 Shippan Ave Stamford, CT. Rabbi Daniel Cohen will officiate.
