Obituary of Arthur David Ladds
Arthur David Ladds of Stamford, CT died on October 8, 2017. He was born in 1924 in Rochester, NY. Arthur served our country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was injured marching through Europe and was awarded the Purple Heart. After the War, Arthur practiced law in New York City for over 50 years. Arthur was a positive thinker who spread his love and spirituality, and charity, to all those he met. He leaves his wife of 64 years, Pauline; four children: Brian Ladds and his wife Bonnie and their two children, Aaron and Rachel; Joshua Hawks-Ladds and his wife Christine and their two children, Victoria and Noah; Marla Ladds, and Cynthia Arundhati Ladds. He also leaves his sister Sandra Gurowski and her husband Manny, and his brother Alan Lapides and many loving nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be on Monday, October 9, 2017 (TODAY), at 3:00 pm, at Agudath Sholom Synagogue at 301 Strawberry Hill Avenue, Stamford. Interment will follow at Agudath Sholom Cemetery, Stamford.
