Obituary of Sheena Jeune

Sheena Jeune, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, departed this world on September 6th, 2023, at the age of 38, at Greenwich Hospital. Sheena was born on January 28th, 1985, in Gonaives, Haiti, to Catherine and Raymond Jeune. In March 2001, Sheena, along with her mother, sister, and brothers, embarked on a new chapter in their lives, leaving their homeland to reunite with her father in Stamford, CT.
 
Sheena was a graduate of Stamford High's class of 2005 and pursued her passion for accounting, earning a bachelor's degree from UCONN in 2009. Her career at Whole Foods started in 2011, where she dedicated herself to Team Member Services, overseeing operations in five Connecticut stores.
 
Beyond her professional pursuits, Sheena found joy in her Haitian heritage. She loves Militon and found solace in the melodies of Haitian artists such as Boukman Eksperyans and King Posse. Sheena's leisure moments were often filled with her obsession of foreign Netflix shows.
 
Sheena's memory lives on through her loving parents, Catherine and Raymond, her sister Cathia, and her brothers Raymonal and Renick. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and godchildren.
 
Sheena's legacy is defined by her remarkable listening skills, integrity, altruism, and an ever-positive attitude that brightened the lives of all who knew her. Her contributions to the lives of those around her will be remembered with fondness and gratitude.
