Obituary of Kathryn A. Reynolds
Kate Reynolds, 94, died peacefully at The Villa at Stamford after a brief illness. Born in Rye, NY to Lawrence McWeeney and Mary O’Neill, Kate was the youngest of five children. She graduated from Convent of the Sacred Heart, Noroton and attended FIT. She married Brian Reynolds, a British surgeon, in 1956 and raised their two children, Heather and Edward (Ned) in Manhattan. The couple eventually split their time between Rye and Palm Beach and Kate recently settled in Stamford.
Kate is survived by her daughter, Heather, son-in-law Peter Young, granddaughter Lily, and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
