Obituary of Giles Neville Ross

Giles Neville Ross of Stamford, CT passed on 12/19/2021 at home.

Neville was born on 5/26/31 to Charles Ross and Eleanor Neville in Chicago, Illinois.

Neville received Bachelor of Science and Law degree from Chicago University, received Master of Law from New York University.

He published " The German draft Penal code" as part of American series of foreign Penal code in 1962.

He worked for Walter,Conston, Alexander & Green law firm, then Legal Aid Society in Manhatten.

He is fluent in several languages, he enjoyed music, traveling, photographing and sports.He was one of the few founding members of Caledonian club in New York cith and was one of proud member of their bagpipe band.

Neville is survived by his wife-Paolin Cathy Liu,ex-wife-Marcia Pena Thompson,Daughters-Katherine (John)Murphy, Margaret(Edward)Coakley. Grandchildren-Daniel Keenan, Thomas(Hailey)Keenan,Michael Keenan, Connor Murphy,Aidan Murphy,Brian Coakley and Maria Coakley. Great Granchildren-Henry Keenan and Winnie Keenan.

He was preceeded in death by his parents-Charles Ross & Eleanor Ross, his brother-Alan Ross, his daughter-Gwendolyn Keenan Donahue. 

Visitation and service will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2021 from 10 am to 1 pm at Thomas M.
