Obituary of Patricia Louise Gardone

Patricia "Pat" Louise Gardone, age 79, of Stamford, CT passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019 at home after a long illness. Born on November 5, 1940 to the late William and Margaret Ryan, Pat was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy and a lifelong Stamford resident. After raising her children, Pat had a long career as an Executive Secretary for Olin Corporation. After retiring, Pat treasured spending time with her family and friends. Pat is survived by her four children, Donald Kane and his wife Linda and their children Trevor & Tyler; Todd Kane & Arlene Moavero and her daughter Morgan Arvoy; Susan Shea and her husband Michael and their children Ryan, Amanda & Dylan; Christopher Kane & his wife Laurie and their children Sarah & Emma, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, Pat is predeceased by her loving husband of 22 years, George Gardone, and her three sisters, Louise Caputo, Marge Deegan, and Barbara Gurega. Pat's beautiful spirit will be missed by her family and friends.  

All are welcome at a funeral mass for Pat on Friday, December 6 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Clements Church, 535 Fairfield Avenue, Stamford, CT.  Following the mass, there will be a private graveside service at Fairfield Memorial Park Cemetery, Stamford, CT. No calling hours will be held.  In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pat’s memory to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital ,501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
